Value Proposition: I empowered Yail’s Garden to nurture deeper connections with her reiki clients and expand her online presence by developing a streamlined email and content management system, which I have provided and have had for a long time.

Yail’s Garden, a thriving holistic small business, faced a growing challenge: managing the content she provided to reiki clients at different stages of their journey. A desire to streamline their communication and workflow while also wanting a stronger online presence was the focus. This was time consuming and inefficient and impacting her ability to focus on providing her services and growing her business.

The Journey:

I partnered with Yail to craft a solution that catered to the precise demands of her holistic strategy. We started by mapping out her customer journey. This mapping resulted in premade templates, icons, and worked off of her branding guide to create digital assets. To build her infrastructure, i built her website to match those parameters.

The Outcome:

After implementing the new system, Yail’s Garden experienced a significant transformation. The implementation of these systems provided better data analysis and helped them determine what channels worked for their marketing and what didn’t work.
